Iga Swiatek talked about her love for the music after another win at the 2022 Roland Garros, which moved her already to the quarter-finals of the tournament.

For the first time since her semi-final match at the WTA 500 event in Stuttgart, the World No. 1 player lost a set, as Qinwen Zheng threatened to end her incredible winning streak in the fourth round of the clay-court major.

The young Pole led already 5-2 and had five set points in the first set, but she couldn't use them and had to fight for the match in the second and third set, which she easily handled.

In the quarter-finals, Swiatek will face Jessica Pegula as she will try to extend her winning streak against the American. After beating Zheng, Swiatek had only words of praise for the Chinese player.

"She’s playing amazing tennis. I’ve never had a chance to play her and I was surprised by some of her shots. Her topspin is amazing, huge congrats to her, it’s a huge tournament, it’s a good result."
"I’m pretty happy I could come back after a pretty frustrating first set when I held the lead, proud of myself that I’m still in the tournament."

Swiatek also talked about the upcoming quarter-final match against Pegula, which won't be an easy match for the Polish player, but it will be even more challenging for the American.

"(I’ll take it) the same as any other match, honestly. Quarter-final is such a stressful round, hopefully I’m going to be able to play my game. I know how Jessica can play, she’s a had a great season, I know how dangerous she can be."

She also spoke about changing some of the rhythms, not just on the court, as she admitted to singing Dua Lipa.

"It wasn't easy to find solutions and to find other tactics and do something differently, because I wasn't sure what I was doing wrong. That's not the 1st time. I'm always singing something."
