Iga Swiatek announced that her new website is now live. Unsurprisingly, it contained tennis-related aspects, but the Pole also used it to outline her favorite books, artists, and movies.

The five-time Grand Slam champion used to be one of the most introverted players in the world. Despite her superb ability and achievements on the court, she did not feel as comfortable speaking or revealing much during media appearances.

However, that has significantly changed in the last few years. Swiatek is more relaxed than before and has been more open about sharing some of her passions off the court, most notably her love of books.

The Pole's new website (igaswiatek.com) allows her to delve deeper into those interests and give fans an idea of what she likes to watch and read when not on the practice court, in the gym, or playing a match.

Swiatek listed her favorite books. These include The Hunger Games, Gone With the Wind, and Pride and Prejudice, all classics that have had successful film adaptations of the source material.

The former WTA world No. 1's other favorite books are The Century Trilogy, Millennium, The Shadow of the Wind, The Cathedral of the Sea, and Shogun. Fans have plenty of options to choose from across different genres in that list.

Swiatek lists 20 of her favorite artists. Taylor Swift, who has socialized with Frances Tiafoe and his girlfriend, is No. 1 on the list. Others mentioned are Coldplay, Tina Turner, Pink Floyd, Aerosmith, Aretha Franklin, and Amy Winehouse.

Five specific movies are given as Swiatek's favorite: Gladiator, Edward Scissorhands, Gone With the Wind, The Last Samurai, and The Reader. She also mentions the overall Marvel Cinematic Universe and anything featuring Sandra Bullock.

Swiatek has 11 favorite TV shows: Friends, The Office, Parks and Creation, Veep, The Crown (Season 1), Madam Secretary, Modern Family, Mad Men, Downton Abbey, Yellow Stone, and 30 Rock.

The website also includes a section about Swiatek's impact on people's lives. She supports various charities that promote mental health awareness, a healthy lifestyle, and educational initiatives.

Other pages on the website include a frequently asked questions section, one outlining her outstanding achievements to date, and one giving her schedule for the next couple of months on the WTA Tour.

Swiatek's next tournament will be the 2025 Indian Wells Open, where she is the defending champion. The 23-year-old undoubtedly hopes to improve on not reaching a final during the Middle Eastern swing.

Jelena Ostapenko defeated her in the 2025 Qatar Open semifinal before the eventual champion, Mirra Andreeva, played superbly to defeat the four-time French Open winner in the 2025 Dubai Championships quarterfinal.

However, those runs were still better than her nearest rivals. World No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka only managed one win in the Middle East, while Coco Gauff is on a three-match losing run after failing to win a match in Doha or Dubai.

Swiatek, Sabalenka, and Gauff will hope to prepare well and perform much better at the Indian Wells Open, the main draw of which begins on March 5th.
