The 2022 Libema Open will be held in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, from June 6th to 12th and will be the first grass-court tournament after the Roland Garros.

Grass-court tournaments are usually unique because there are few during the season, and players only have a few weeks to prepare for Wimbledon. The Libema Open has a documented history and heritage, and details of prize money for this year's event have been revealed.

Past champions of this ATP 250 tournament include Richard Krajicek, Pat Rafter, Lleyton Hewitt, David Ferrer, Benjamin Becker, and Richard Gasquet.

Adrian Mannarino was the event's last champion in 2019, and after a three-year hiatus, the tournament will return to the ATP calendar. Organizers have worked behind the scenes to assemble some world-class players, including reigning US Open champion Daniil Medvedev.

Felix Auger-Aliassime, Taylor Fritz, Alex de Minaur, Marin Cilic, and Karen Khachanov are among the other notable names competing at the Libema Open. At least five Dutchmen appear on the entry list, including Tallon Griekspoor and Botic van de Zandschulp.
