Serena Williams is very good at tennis, but the sport isn’t her only interest, as she has many other interests that she might be pursuing now that she’s not playing as much tennis as she did.
Williams spent most of her life playing tennis, and she was exceptionally good at it, becoming ultimately what many consider the best female tennis player of all time. Even so, tennis was never her only interest.
Williams has a keen interest in business and has been investing for many years now. She also has a keen interest in fashion and has dabbled with that as well. She also has an interest in other sports, investing in those as well, so there is plenty that she enjoys.
Besides ventures that imply working or a lot of effort, Williams also enjoys many different leisure activities. She enjoys reading and is also a big fan of movies; however, she hasn’t really had much time to do either of those things since becoming a mother.
"I love reading, but ever since I had Olympia, I just don’t even think I’ve read a book. But I do love reading. I absolutely love going to the movies, it’s my favorite thing, it shuts my brain off."
"I’m not golfing at all these days. Although I am definitely going to pick up golf as soon as I have time, which hopefully will be very soon."
Being a mother is a full-time job, and it never ends, so it makes sense that Williams remains quite busy and short on time despite retiring from tennis, which was the most time-consuming thing she did.
Retiring from tennis freed up her schedule a little bit, but then there is her business portfolio, which is growing by the day as it’s a passion she shares with her husband, Alexis Ohanian, a businessman and investor as well.
