The 2023 Marrakech Open, or the Grand Prix Hassan II, will be played from April 3rd to 9th and the draw was already released.

Only rarely ATP Tour travels to Africa, but the tournament, which is played in Marrakech, Morocco is a very nice exception. The 2023 Marrakech Open is an ATP 250 event, which is played on the clay courts of the Royal Tennis Club de Marrakech.

Last year, David Goffin won the tournament after defeating Alex Molcan in the final, but neither of the finalists will return to Marrakech in 2023. Despite of these absences, the 2023 Marrakech Open still promises to be an exciting event with the first-seeded Lorenzo Musetti leading the field.

The Italian will await an early test in the second round as he'll play against Hugo Gaston or Jan-Lennard Struff. On the other hand, the second-seeded Daniel Evans may clash with the home wild card Younes Lalami Laaroussi or Alexei Popyrin from Australia.

Elliot Benchetrit also received a wild card, and the Moroccan will meet Jaume Munar in the first round, with a possible second-round match against the eighth-seeded Nicolas Jarry from Chile who will start against a qualifier.

The third and fourth-seeded players at the 2023 Marrakech Open are from the Netherlands and both of them can play against a qualifier in the second round. While the second option for the third-seeded Botic van de Zandschulp is Christopher O'Connell, his fellow compatriot Tallon Griekspoor can meet another home wild card, Adam Moundir.
