The 2022 Geneva Open will be held from May 15th to 21st in the Tennis Club de Genève at the Parc des Eaux-Vives, the oldest and largest tennis club in Switzerland and offers an interesting entry list.

Previous champions at the event include players such as Stan Wawrinka or Alexander Zverev. Last year, also Roger Federer took part at the Geneva Open, but didn't triumph as the young Norwegian Casper Ruud lifted the trophy. And this year, Ruud will make his title defence in the Swiss city as he's the first player on the entry list.

However, one of the most interesting players to watch at the 2022 Geneva Open will be Dominic Thiem who is trying to make a full return to his top form. The packed entry list for this ATP 250 event includes players such as Denis Shapovalov, Reilly Opelka or Nikoloz Basilashvili. Also Daniil Medvedev, who is making his return, will play at the event.

Since the clay-court season usually attracts the players that specify on this surface, also Albert Ramos-Vinolas, Federico Delbonis and Fabio Fognini will be present at this event which offers more than half-a-million in prize money.
