2024 Kitzbuhel Open ATP Entry List - Ruud, Thiem, Berrettini & More

| by Erik Virostko

The 2024 Kitzbuhel Open will run from July 22nd to 27th, and the entry list for the ATP 250 tournament was already released.

With the Olympic Games coming the week after the tournament in Kitzbuhel, also known as the Generali Open, the entry list for the event includes a mix of players, who want to tune-up their form for the Olympics and those, who will not play at the Games.

Three former champions will compete at the Kitzbuhel Open this year. The defending champion, Sebastian Baez, will be the first of the former champions. Dominic Thiem, who he beat in last year's final, is the 2019 champion of the tournament.

The top-seeded Casper Ruud won the tournament in 2021, and he will want to add his name to the list of champions once more, like the other two, as none of them managed to win the tournament more than once.

Standing between the three former champions and another title will be many players, who will want to etch their name onto the trophy for the first time.

Many talented clay-court players from South American will come to Kitzbuhel, as Nicolas Jarry, Alejandro Tabilo, and Tomas Martin Etcheverry will all compete at the tournament.

Joining them among possible contenders will be the likes of Pedro Martinez, Pavel Kotov, Nuno Borges, and Matteo Berrettini, who is a former Wimbledon finalist, but plays well on clay as well.
