Jannik Sinner is one of the most talented youngsters on the ATP Tour and the highest-ranked Italian in the ATP Rankings.
Yet, the career path of the 21-years-old Italian could have been much different. Jannik Sinner started skiing and playing tennis when he was three years old. When he was eight-years-old, he won a national championship in giant slalom and finished second at the age of twelve.
Despite being one of the most talented Italian skiers, at the age of 13, Sinner stopped skiing professionally to focus only on tennis. As of now, it seems that it was a very good decision as he's one of the leading NextGen players.
Despite not competing between the gates anymore, the Italian still enjoys skiing and he got a chance to fulfil one of his dreams in Kronplatz - Brunico. Jannik Sinner was joined by 4-time World Cup winner, Lindsey Vonn as he shared the news on his social media.
"Hosting Lindsey and skiing near my hometown is something that l'll treasure for a long time. It's hard to put into words how truly special it was for me to spend the day and ski with one of the greatest to ever do it."
