2024 Munich Open ATP Entry List - Zverev, Rune, Berrettini, Thiem & More

| by Erik Virostko

The 2024 Munich Open is held during the clay-court part of the season, and the entry list for the ATP 250 event has been released.

The tournament in Germany is played between April 15th to 21st, 2024, and there will be three former champions competing at the tournament in 2024.

Holger Rune won the tournament in 2022, and he defended his trophy last year. Alexander Zverev managed to do the same thing, winning the title in 2017 and 2018, and Andy Murray previously won the title in 2015.

All of them will meet at the tournament in 2024 again, with Rune as a defending champion, attempting to complete a rare three-peat at the tournament, which rewards the champion with a new BMW, as it's also often called the BMW Open for sponsorship reasons.

The three former champions, however, will face tough opposition at the tournament, especially from many local players such as Jan Lennard Struff, Dominik Koepfer, and Yannick Hanfmann.

Felix Auger-Aliassime will also play at the tournament, and so will young British talent Jack Draper, who didn't get to spend a lot of time on the red clay during his professional tennis career.

Two wild cards went to former Top 10 players, Dominic Thiem and Matteo Berrettini, who have both won ATP titles on the clay courts in their career. You can view the full entry list below.
