2023 Adelaide International 1 ATP Entry List - Djokovic, Medvedev, Rune & more

A lot of players will certainly want to play some events before the first Grand Slam of the season and the 2023 Adelaide International 1 will be a great opportunity to do so as it offers a star-studded entry list.

Last year, Gael Monfils lifted the season's first trophy but he won't be defending his title in 2023 as the Frenchman announced his withdrawal from the Australian Open to become eligible for protected ranking. Despite his absence, field at the 2023 Adelaide International 1, which is held from January 2nd until 8th, will be even stronger than the last time around.

The 21-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic headlines the entry list and he will be joined also by a lot of Russian players that won't be allowed to compete at the United Cup, so ATP 250 event in Adelaide is great opportunity for them to prepare for the Grand Slam in Melbourne.

Daniil Medvedev, Andrey Rublev and last year's finalist Karen Khachanov will all participate at the 2023 Adelaide International 1. Also a lot of youngsters will try to start their season with good result as Holger Rune, Jannik Sinner, Sebastian Korda and Denis Shapovalov will all take part.

But not only the seeded players will be eyeing the title as the midfield is also very strong. Andy Murray, Jack Draper and Maxime Cressy will try to cause an upset and Kyle Edmund will try to start his comeback to the ATP Tour early in 2023. You can see the full entry list below.
