WATCH: Hilarious scenes as Djokovic forgets score in Tel Aviv creating confusion

On the courts, Novak Djokovic produced many unforgettable moments, but this one will undoubtedly go down as one of the funnier ones.

In the quarterfinals of the 2022 Tel Aviv Open, the 21-time Grand Slam champion played against his very good friend, Vasek Pospisil, who he eventually defeated in tow sets to set up a semifinal meeting with Roman Safiullin.

During the second set, Novak Djokovic rushed to his bench thinking it was time for a changeover after breaking Pospisil to make it 5-3 in the second set however in reality he was supposed to serve for the match but he was completely unaware of that.

As he sat down and used the towel to clean himself off, he observed that the ball kids were not rolling the balls. He urged them to do so but then the umpire informed him that the score was 5-3 and Djokovic realized what was going on.

He quickly got to his feet and apologized to Pospisil and the crowd while even cracking a smile in the process.
