WATCH: Beautiful act of sportsmanship between Kyrgios and Medvedev after dangerous fall

Nick Kyrgios and Daniil Medvedev turned into two warriors fighting for the quarterfinals spot of the 2022 US Open but during the fight, they didn't forget about being gentlemen.

After the Russian dominated the second set, score of the match was levelled at 1-1 and Nick Kyrgios was starting on his serve in the third set. Both players battled for each point and during one of the rallies the Australian ended on the ground.

After winning the first game of the third set, 2022 Wimbledon finalist was trying to break his opponent and he was leading already 30-15 on his serve. However, during a rally, he slipped and fell on the ground and Medvedev just put the ball over the net to win a point.

Yet, he quickly rushed to the other side of the net to check if his opponent is okay and after the Australian got up, both players even high-fived each other and showed fans in New York that despite the heated fight, they are still gentlemen on a tennis court.

During the very next rally Nick Kyrgios forgot basic tennis rules and gave away a point to his opponent in a crucial time, and you should watch it here.
