After losing two matches in a row, Stefanos Tsitsipas started a winning streak at the 2022 Cincinnati Masters.

The Greek, defeated Filip Krajinovic, Diego Schwartzman and John Isner to set up semifinal clash with Daniil Medvedev at the 2022 Cincinnati Masters. However, Stefanos Tsitsipas also plays a doubles event alongside Holger Rune.

They managed to Rafael Matos and Diego Vega Hernandez and also Nikola Mektic and Mate Pavic to reach the semifinals of the tournament. In the semifinals, they will meet Tim Puetz and Michael Venus and Stefanos Tsitsipas is therefore very close to accomplishing what only two players achieved this year.

At the 2022 Marseille Open in February, Andrey Rublev defeated Felix Auger-Aliassime in the singles final and teamed up with Ukrainian Denys Molchanov in doubles to win the title over Raven Klaasen and Ben McLachlan.

Later this year, Nick Kyrgios defeated Yoshihito Nishioka in the final of the 2022 Washington Open and also succeeded with Jack Sock in doubles when they defeated Ivan Doding and Austin Krajicek in the final.
