Frances Tiafoe had his best season yet in 2023 and he's already looking ahead to 2024, hoping to get even better.
Frances Tiafoe is a very fine player and he's slowly getting even better. While he didn't hit the peak he had at last year's US Open, 2023 overall was the best season Tiafoe had so far in his career. He finished the year with 40 wins and 24 losses, which might not sound like much but is actually quite good.
He had more wins in 2021 but he never performed as well as he did this year. He won two trophies this year which is the most he’s ever won and also made some deep runs at some big events. The importance is on getting better which he is every year.
In a post on Instagram, Tiafoe reflected on the year calling it the best season he ever had as well as sharing excitement about what the future might bring.
2k23 was my best season yet. This crazy journey is only getting better and better. Ups and downs of course, but every season is. All in all I’m extremely happy with it. Can’t wait to see what’s next for me. I want to thank everyone who is there for me thru it all.
You guys know who you are. Thanks for the continued love and support all around the world means a lot to me. I do it for y’all. Until next year. Now it’s time to enjoy the off-season. Big Foe on chill.
It's time for the next step for Tiafoe as he already made it to the Top 10 earlier this year. He didn't finish in the Top 10, but it's time to aim high. He's got the quality now it's about finding the consistency every week.
