The 2023 Halle Open, as always, promises to be one of the peaks of the grass-court season, and the prize money on the line will serve as a motivating factor.
The ATP 500 event in Halle, Germany, also referred to as the Terra Wortmann Open, has always been one of the most popular grass-court tournaments. Won 10 times by Roger Federer, it always attracted the best players, and the entry list for the 2023 tournament is no different.
Last year, Hubert Hurkacz won the trophy and he will be back this year to defend it, but the list of competitors is a very long one. 2022 finalist Daniil Medvedev, Casper Ruud, Alexander Zverev, 2021 finalist Andrey Rublev, Jannik Sinner, but also returning Nick Kyrgios.
