2023 Eastbourne International ATP Draw With Fritz, Paul, De Minaur & more

| by Zachary Wimer

The draw for the 2023 Eastbourne International, running from June 26th to July 1st, was released, and it features many exciting matchups.

With the grass-court part of the season coming to an end, there's only a few tournaments left before players head to Wimbledon, where they will compete in the season's third Grand Slam tournament.

One of them is the ATP 250 tournament in Eastbourne, and the draw for the event certainly didn't disappoint, with many interesting names signing up for the warm-up event prior to the Championships in London.

In 2022, Taylor Fritz won the tournament, and the American will be back as the defending champion also this year. He believes in his grass-court qualities, and he will get a chance to prove it in the second round against the winner of the match between Marco Cecchinato and Mackenzie McDonald.

Like all top four seeds, Fritz had a first-round bye and that's why he will avoid that match, starting in round two, like his compatriot Tommy Paul on the other side of the draw. Paul will start against the winner of the match between Nuno Borges and Sebastian Baez.

Alex de Minaur, who reached the final at the Queen's Club, is the third seed at the tournament, and he will play against the winner of another exciting first-round match between Gregoire Barrere and Emil Ruusuvuori.

Francisco Cerundolo is the fourth seed at the tournament, and the Argentinian still doesn't know who may be his second-round opponent, as it will be either British wild card Ryan Peniston or one of the players from the qualifying draw.
