Naomi Osaka meets boxer Manny Pacquiao at Floyd Mayweather Jr's match in Japan

Naomi Osaka had the opportunity to meet Manny Pacquiao at Floyd Mayweather's exhibition boxing match against Mikuru Asakura on Sunday in Saitama.

Several videos of the encounter were shared online on Twitter and they discussed topics that included boxing and tennis. Osaka confirmed she watched Pacquiao several times with the Philippine boxed admitting to being a fan of tennis.

"It's my dream to watch Wimbledon. I always watch it on TV live but it's morning, like 3 o'clock in the morning" remarked Pacquiao.

This was the second time Osaka was watching a boxing fight live and she is growing fond of the sport. Osaka remained in Japan following her exit from the Tokyo event last week. She played only a handful of games as she advanced to the second round after Saville injured her knee.

She withdrew before her round two match due to abdominal pain.
