Madison Keys and Bjorn Fratangelo have recently announced their engagement on social media.
Keys, who is currently ranked World No.20, shared a photo on Instagram, with a stunning engagement ring prominently displayed. The couple, who have been dating since 2017, have been a mainstay on the tennis circuit, with Fratangelo making a name for himself in the ATP's Top 100 rankings. Keys reached the US Open final in 2017, the same year the couple began dating.
Their relationship has blossomed on and off the court, with the couple teaming up to play mixed doubles together at the 2021 US Open. Back then, Keys joked about it:
“He finally wore me down. I was always just saying I was going to be so nervous and I was going to have to try so hard, but he finally said, ‘We’ll just have some fun.’ I’m very happy that we did it.”
The news of their engagement has been met with congratulations and well wishes from fans and fellow tennis players alike. Their love story serves as a reminder that while tennis may be their passion, it's the people in their lives that truly matter. We wish them all the best as they embark on this new chapter together.
