For the fourth consecutive time, Stefanos Tsitsipas will play at the ATP Finals as the Greek secured his spot a few weeks prior to the event start.
In 2022, the ATP Finals will be held from November 13th until 20th at the Pala Alpitour in Turin. It will be already second time that the season finale is held in the Italian city as it moved from its previous venue in London. For Stefanos Tsitsipas O2 Arena was a lucky place as he lifted his first ATP Finals trophy there in 2019.
Three years later, the 24-years-old Greek will attempt to add another trophy to his collection and he already knows three players that he may take on at the 2022 ATP Finals. Carlos Alcaraz, Rafael Nadal and Casper Ruud, all qualified already and Stefanos Tsitsipas is so far the last player to join.
The 2022 season has been really solid for The Greek. Tsitsipas got off to a fast start in Australia, making it all the way to the Australian Open semifinals and just two weeks later, he made it to the final in Rotterdam.
At the Monte-Carlo Masters, where he successfully defended his title to win his second ATP Masters 1000 trophy, Tsitsipas won his biggest title of the year. He demonstrated his ongoing prowess by winning an ATP 250 title in Mallorca and making it to the final at ATP 1000 events in Rome and Cincinnati.
