The Davis Cup Finals schedule for 2023 is out with two nations, Spain and Italy, getting group-stage wild cards in September.

Spain and Italy have group-stage wild cards, so they won't have to worry about qualifying for the Davis Cup Finals with their competition beginning in September. Australia and Canada, this year's finalists, also advanced directly to the group stage.

The other nations were split into seeded nations and unseeded ones having to play each other for a spot in the group stage in September. The draw created some interesting ties as the first-seeded Croatia will take on Dominic Thiem's Austria.

No. 2 seeds France will play against Hungary and USA, who played at this year's Finals, will start against Uzbekistan. An interesting clash should occur between Germany and Switzerland as Alexander Zverev may meet Stan Wawrinka.

Novak Djokovic and Casper Ruud can meet in a match between Norway and the sixth-seeded Serbia as full draw is as follows:

2023 Davis Cup Qualifiers Draw:

Croatia Austria
Hungary France
Uzbekistan USA
Germany Switzerland
Colombia Great Britain
Norway Serbia
Chile Kazakhstan
Korea Belgium
Sweden Bosnia and Herzegovina
Netherlands Slovakia
Finland Argentina
Portugal Czech Republic
