From October 17th until 23rd, tennis returns to Belgium with the 2022 European Open in Antwerp which is an ATP 250 event with a stunning entry list.
Jannik Sinner defeated Diego Schwartzman last year to lift the title in Antwerp but only the last year's finalist is present on the entry list for the 2022 European Open. However, 2019 champion, Andy Murray and runner-up, Stan Wawrinka will both take part at the event as it will feature a few Grand Slam champions.
2020 US Open champion, Dominic Thiem is another big name that will compete in Antwerp in 2022. This year's tournament marks already seventh edition and once again the line-up of players is really good for an ATP 250 event.
Hubert Hurkacz and Felix Auger-Aliassime lead the field of players that will be challenging for the title but they will face a fierce competition from likes of Karen Khachanov, Borna Coric and Botic van de Zandschulp.
